The product comes well packed and the material is of good quality. The bottle is not glass but a tough acrylic, the base is a little heavy and the blades are good and sharp, the safe Q string is silicone.
It works well to beat fruit Q is how I have used it however you need to cut the more rigid Apple-like fruits into small pieces if it does not grind. If you use oatmeal in vitamins it is likely that a good part of it will be stuck in the base gap and will not mix very well with the vitamin.
It's not silent but that's not a problem for me. In fact it is very powerful but I did not risk putting ice.
Volume is too small. If you throw a banana, a couple of spoons of protein, then there is not enough space on the liquid.
There is a slit in a millimeter or two between the base and the bulb, and an unmixed mixture is clogged there, there is practically no movement of mass in this interval.
